"Children in the early years get off to a flying start. They are happy and take part in all that the school offers with excitement. The curriculum is well thought out. Staff prioritise developing children’s speech and language. The environment is vibrant and stimulating."

"Leaders promote pupils’ personal development exceptionally well. The school’s values permeate everything that happens in school. They are interwoven throughout the curriculum. Pupils and staff consider and reflect the values in their behaviour and attitudes. Pupils are proud to complete their ‘value passports’ and wear their ‘value badges’ with pride."
(OFSTED May 23)

Welcome to The Friends of St Andrew’s PTA

fosa

FOSTA is a team of parents, staff and volunteers who come together to raise fundsfor our school through fun activities to deliver community events to our school community.

Our main fundraisers are our popular cake raffles and activities for Mothers and Fathers day as we look to support the school’s Christian values. We also pride ourselves in making Christmas special for all the children. Here at St Andrews equality and inclusiveness are very important to us, so as a FOSTA Committee we all believe this event should be for everyone and provided to our children for free; this includes are amazing Christmas Fair, a visit from Father Christmas and his reindeer and present wrapping for children to chose presents for their parents.

Through the year our events will be added to the schools calander and If you have any suggestions for fundraising/social events we would love to hear from you. Please contact  Rachel or Christine or our Head teacher Ben Arnell on how to get involved.

With the help and support of parents we have been able to provide extra items that the school budget does not cover. These include: Play tables in the playground, taps and sinks in the playground area, yearly pantomime visits and much more!

We are always looking for volunteers to help out at events so please do get in touch on the emails provided, or give your childs class teacher your name and contact details and we can contact you.

Thank YOU, Team FOSTA.
